The substrate used is an annealed cold-rolled steel coil.
The surface of the cold-rolled coil is first treated with chromated paint for cleaning.
Next, the coil is coated with zinc, transforming it into a Galvalume steel coil.
After the zinc coating, the coil undergoes another chromating process to clean the Galvalume steel surface.
A primer coating is then applied to enhance the adhesion of the top coating, ensuring that the paint remains firmly in place during the cold rolling process.
The final top coat is typically made from either PE (Polyester) or PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) for superior durability and performance.
